For non-bike items we will refund the original purchase amount within 7 days of your purchase for items returned in new condition or items that are defective. Your original receipt is required for all returns and exchanges. All returns and exchanges must be in the original condition and include all accessories, manuals and original packing materials.

Trikes in new condition with no damage are eligible for a refund minus a "rental fee" if returned within 3 days of purchase. Rental fee would be $250.

Items not eligible for refunds/returns/exchanges are tubes, helmets, parts or accessories that have been installed.
